NMP was responsible for identifying restoration and preservation strategies appropriate for meeting the water quality requirements for the watershed by collecting data on stormwater management facilities, stream buffer conditions, and neighborhood restoration opportunities. This information was recorded using GIS tools for use in Watershed Characterization Reports.
