NMP was responsible for providing stormwater management services to the General Engineering Consultant (GEC) joint venture tasked with overseeing the project. NMP’s role was to oversee all planning, procurement, and design activities and ensure permit compliance relating to roadway drainage, stormwater management, and erosion & sediment control for the entire project. Additional duties included participating in environmental compliance inspections during construction, representing the owner at public meetings, participation in the Interagency Working Group and the Brown Trout Work Group, and significant coordination with local, State, and federal agencies as well as environmental organizations.
