Water Programs Division TMDL/MS4 Program Management – New BMPs Planning, Maryland State Highway Administration, TMDL Counties, Maryland:

NMP was responsible for providing management and technical support services to assist the Maryland State Highway Administration in planning, implementing, and maintaining a program for locating opportunities to construct new stormwater BMPs to treat existing untreated impervious areas to meet TMDL goals. This task included overseeing design consultants, setting standards, preparing and reviewing project and task documents, and coordinating with other divisions, agencies & strategies.
